Sample Routes

We meet each week at the White House pub, so all routes start and end here. In winter we are restricted to road running. In the summer we often pull in some lovely field runs.

We currently run two groups; Dr Sue and her Beginners Group run around 3 miles but this varies depending on ability, the rest of us usually run between 4 and 6 miles each session – sometimes longer if a half marathon is on the horizon.

Please don’t be put off by the distance if you are a beginner, or just getting back into running, you can go at your own pace and somebody will always look out for you. ┬áThere is always a shorter option to take if you need it.
